Project-specific quality plans to detail critical design elements and unique challenges

Our policy is simple: Get it right the first time

We believe that quality construction begins with thoughtful and thorough planning. Our process incorporates key principles from ISO9000, lean construction, Six Sigma, and the QA/QC process formalized by the US Army Corps of Engineers. Every MATT project adheres to a rigorous standard of quality and excellence that owners, developers and their architects have come to expect. This is our continued commitment to you, and to every one of our projects.

We go to great lengths to establish an understanding of the owner’s and architect’s design philosophy and intent at the earliest stage of a project’s development. Through BIM-assisted virtual construction, on-going field visits and verifications, functional mock-up creation and testing, and third party consultant design and construction reviews, we establish a vocabulary and visual tools by which we can communicate project goals to those budgeting, bidding and building each project element.

MATT equips every individual performing work in the field with the information and tools necessary to execute properly the first time. Prior to construction, our superintendent creates a project-specific quality plan that details critical design elements, quality details and unique challenges that will need to be addressed in the work, and then holds each individual accountable for achieving the established quality standards, from early verification through final inspection. Our disciplined process prevents quality issues before they arise.
