Summary: Assist Project Management team in developing Schedules, from Bidding/Proposal through Commission and Turnover to Owner. Works with Chief Scheduler to develop Division schedules to enhance overall business flow.
Scheduler Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing, Estimating and Operations staffs in development of proposal and bid schedules
Function as facilitator and expeditor throughout the plan and schedule development process
Develop and implement the Work Breakdown Structure, Work Item Lists, CPM Timetable, Preliminary Master Schedule, CPM development, resource and costs analysis and reports
Update and verify the CPM as required by project specifications (at least monthly)
Identify significant schedule risks to Division and Operations personnel
Analyze the results of status input, review results with site staff and determine and agree upon any necessary schedule modifications
Prepare and update during course of construction: Master Schedule with comparison to original; CPM Time-scaled Logic; Short Term Schedule report
Schedule Report consisting of all activities, with early and late dates and total float; histograms and curves for manpower requirements
Support Scheduling Department functions that enhance the quality of overall company scheduling efforts, such as close out notices, historical project data sheets, historical project data sheets, historical project durations databases, manpower and/or cash flow information and procurement lead time data
Qualifications:
2+ Years of Construction scheduling experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering required
General knowledge of construction practices/procedures required
General knowledge of negotiated bids, hard bids, GMP processes
Business: General Contracting, Construction Management, Program Management and Design/Build including self-perform work

Project Engineers are responsible for:
Subcontractor management
Processing of RFI’s and submittals
Reviewing of plans and specifications
Processing change orders
Obtaining information and approvals required for the owner, architect and engineers for the timely processing of shop drawings
Managing the project close outs, securing all guarantees, warrantees, required for acceptance and hand over of the works.
The qualified candidate will have:
A four year degree with at least 6 months to 3 years of Building Construction experience
a knowledge of Constructware and Suretrak is preferred.

Job Title: Sr. Project Engineer
Sr. Project Engineers are responsible for:
Supervising Project Engineers
Reviewing RFI’s and submittals
Reviewing plans and specifications
Processing subcontract / change orders
Obtaining information and approvals required from the owner, architect and engineers for the timely processing of shop drawings
Managing the project close out process, securing all guarantees, warrantees required for acceptance and hand over of the works.

Job Title: Project Manager
Responsible for:
The profitability, Staff Development and Client Relations in tandem with the Superintendent with positive results.
Management and administration for one or more construction projects.
We require:
Individuals who have the ability to manage medium and large private commercial and institutional projects.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or other applicable background, and approximately 10 years prior experience.
A good understanding of the construction management process, including estimating, budget control, scheduling, quality management, safety management, procurement, and contract administration.
Excellent verbal and written communications skill are a must.
This position requires a four year degree and 3-5 years experience in Commercial Construction, or a four year degree and a Master's degree. Thorough knowledge of submittals, RFI’s and close out procedures. Must be a strong team player; be proactive and take initiative. Strong problem solving / analytical and communication skills require.
Job Title: Estimator
Responsible for the preparation of estimates based on an Owner's/Architect's
design intent through construction documents.
The individual will be
responsible for:
Conducting quantity take-off and studies during pre construction.
Monitoring design development cost trends in order to detect over-runs in potential problem areas.
Participating in the value engineering process.
Developing, updating and maintaining unit cost figures.
Preparing General Conditions estimates.
Interfacing with subcontractor and suppliers and evaluating proposals relative to the scope of the work.
Requirements: 2-3 years in estimating for a General Contractor or Construction Management firm. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. Sure Trak scheduling and CAD knowledge a plus.
Job Title: MEP Coordinator
This position is responsible for:
Resolving day-to-day field conflicts by working with superintendents and
the MEP trades in an expeditious direction and be responsible for the best
decision with respect to cost and schedule.
Assisting in the development of a system startup schedule and be aware of
how modifications/changes affect delivery dates.
Having a significant knowledge and understanding and understanding of MEP
systems and building startup.
Reviewing systems installation for Contract compliance with respect to
materials, standards of quality, etc.
Assisting in tracking and verifying the numerous CE's with respect to T&M
tickets.
Assisting in reviewing MEP change estimates
Review installation of systems in effort to establish a zero punchlist.
Reviewing subcontractors procurement schedule of materials to assure
availability based on changing schedule requirements.
