 Do you have

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business or another applicable field
  • SHRM certification (preferred)
  • At least 10 years of related experience within the construction industry or professional services
  • Union experience
  • Experience improving operational efficiency
  • Ability to engage effectively at all levels, from front line to C-suite
  • Compassion, empathy and judgement
  • A passion for building

 The Role

One key focus will be on maintaining open lines of communication within project teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding and offboarding process development and execution
  • Recruiting strategy oversight and coordination
  • Intern program administration
  • Compensation analysis
  • Benefits administration oversight and staff education
  • Compliances
  • Ownership of employee handbook
