Throughout his long career, Kevin has consistently delivered complicated projects on time and on budget and has played a vital role in successfully leading projects such as the LACMA Transformation, Hotel Californian, Christ Cathedral Tower of Hope, and the Annenberg Center for Performing Arts. Kevin is currently leading the project staff at the (W)rapper, LA’s first exoskeleton tower, where he will guide the pioneering project to completion.
Kevin is respected for his intelligent insights on constructability and budgeting feedback. He can visualize design schematics and anticipates coordination issues through his detailed review of subcontractor submittals and shop drawings.
Beyond supporting MATT’s clients, Kevin also identifies and develops process improvements and implements best practices to maximize efficiencies from preconstruction to closeout and warranty phases.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.
