Digital Marketing Specialist

The Role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Marketing/BD team to support our strategic objectives. Their responsibilities will include providing service to our internal clients, effectively furthering the mission of our content/brand strategy, providing current information and analytics through our CMS, and supporting our growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing
    • Design campaigns and distribute content across social and paid channels
    • Coordinate with web developer to maintain website
    • SEO
    • Digital lead tracking
  • Analytics/market trend analysis
    • Assist Marketing Production Manager with analytics reporting + dashboard creation and upkeep
    • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data
    • Monitor marketing industry news and submit regular reports on emerging trends to management
  • Content management
    • WordPress CMS maintenance
    • Schedule creation and publication of content to meet editorial deadlines
    • Manage content contributors
  • Brand collateral production
    • Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to our brand standards and are consistent and professional
    • Coordinate with graphic design and video production to develop and deliver content that supports our strategic objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, journalism or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience with content management and distribution, particularly on social
  • Experience executing best practices for SEO
  • Technical knowledge of marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with PPC
  • Proficiency with WordPress or other CMS, HubSpot or other CRM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and the Adobe Suite


  • Self-motivates to learn, investigate and understand
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Flexible – able to streamline processes and adjust based on input
  • Strategic – considers customer needs and trends, identifies new opportunities and keeps pace with new tech developments
