Conversion and renovation of a four-building hotel suite complex into a timeshare resort. Enhancements to the three-story wood frame buildings, each housing approximately 72 rooms and suites, included upgraded MEPF systems. New carpet, tile, fixtures, cabinets, new doors and windows, a façade facelift and sitework rounded out the team’s work. As MATT renovated each building for the Desert Rose Hotel, the other three remained operational, and MATT worked diligently to minimize disturbance to the owner and tenants via privacy fencing, adjusted work hours and reduced noise levels.
