MATT Construction restored the 3-story concrete building that houses the Reagan Ranch Visitor Center. The project included galleries, an elliptical grand stair case featuring a section of the Berlin Wall, lobby, retail shop, 50-seat theater lounge, conference rooms and an observation deck.
