The Sanwa Bank building experienced significant deflection of its single-bay moment frame during the Northridge earthquake. Repairs made included most of the SMRF connections as well as stress relief of a significant number of non-moment connections. MATT Construction services included moving the existing tenants, storage of tenant fixtures and coordination of move-in after repairs were completed.
