The Sunbelt Management Corporation Office Building is a headquarters office for a German based company. The project consisted of a new two-story office building with architectural concrete, steel frame, glass facades, monumental stair, elevator and tenant build-outs.
Site work included landscaping and a complete soil mitigation, which was required due to high levels of methane.
