MATT Construction did an absolutely flawless job in creating my newest restaurant and bar, CUT and sidebar, at the Regent Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel. The outstanding quality of their work, the utmost professionalism of their team and their superb coordination … was second to none.

I saw the MATT project staff develop innovative means to get the job done in a way that would permit the congregation to enjoy the benefits without an intrusive awareness of their source. When you consider the all-encompassing nature of the necessary repairs, and the embellishment covering virtually every surface, the team’s success is simply amazing. We see them as one of the top commercial general contractors in California. In our experience, MATT’s project teams are some of the most savvy, well-organized and educated in the industry. Their rigorous preconstruction process helps us to anticipate and plan our projects with a high degree of detail and certainty.

I reached out for help in April of 2007, and at that time I knew the challenge ahead was enormous because I knew the timeline by most standards was already unrealistic. The team never hesitated, never wavered, and always remained focused on the overall goal. We even came in a few dollars below budget.

The MATT Construction team quickly assessed the challenges of the project and provided the necessary vision and expertise to meet the aggressive construction schedule. Starting with the extensive preconstruction process, through the issuance of the final sign-offs, and even after final completion, MATT’s participation is the primary reason for the success of our project. Our project came in on time (actually early), on budget, and, to our very pleasant surprise, actually looks and works better than it did on the plans.

MATT Construction completed the project one month ahead of schedule, in spite of our building having a unique heating and air conditioning system and other green features that made it quite challenging to build. The quality of work and craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations.
