West Harbor is a new 42-acre complex on the L.A. Waterfront that includes over 150,000 sf of retail, restaurants, and entertainment, and 200,000 sf of waterside, featuring harborside excursions and attractions. The development has four acres of outdoor park and recreation space and a 6,200-seat amphitheater. West Harbor is a vibrant dining, entertainment, and recreation-focused destination which embraces San Pedro’s colorful history by drawing from the existing authentic character of the Port of LA as a working waterfront. Phase 1A of the project is a 82,000-sf prefabricated metal building, re-vamped outdoor area, and infrastructure and parking.
