West Harbor is the construction of a new 42-acre complex on the L.A. Waterfront that will feature over 150,000 sf of retail, restaurants, and entertainment, and 200,000 sf of waterside, featuring harborside excursions and attractions. The development will include four acres of outdoor park and recreation space and a 6,200-seat amphitheater under environmental review. The goal is to become a vibrant dining, entertainment, and recreation-focused destination, embracing San Pedro’s colorful history, drawing from the existing authentic character of the Port of LA as a working waterfront.
Planned in multiple phases, phase 1A of the project is a 82,000-sf prefabricated metal building, re-vamped outdoor area, and infrastructure and parking.
