Major renovations to an existing, 13-story office building. Scope included complete structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and elevator overhaul to meet current seismic and building code standards. Additionally, the building received a complete new curtain wall and thorough tenant improvements. Highlights of the build-out include a library, a fiber optic-lit donor wall and culturally significant Jerusalem limestone façades. The project won the 2000 Design Award from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) for structural innovation and quality.
