MATT’s team converted an existing retail anchor store into the Nordstrom Santa Monica. The three-story building houses a sub-grade loading dock under the mallspace. Scope included complete demolition and renovation of interior spaces and finishes and vertical transportation equipment as well as modifications to the exterior brick, storefronts, mall entries, planters and private sidewalk.
