MATT Construction converted an existing retail anchor store into a Nordstrom Store. The 126,733-sq. ft. building has three stories, with a sub-grade loading dock located under the mall’s space.
MATT’s scope included complete demolition and renovation of interior spaces and finishes, as well as vertical transportation equipment. MATT also performed modifications to the exterior brick, storefronts, mall entries, planters and private sidewalk.
