The Venetian Casino and Hotel added a new French Bistro restaurant offering private dining and banquet amenities. Finished materials include deep mahogany millwork framing the windows, a 50-foot architectural ceiling and a mahogany and pewter bar. The Bouchon kitchen features state-of-the-art equipment and design. Construction took place during business hours and finished on-budget and on-schedule.
