Project Size

20,000 SF

The Juanita Tate Marketplace project is a seven-acre site anchored by the 42,500 sf Northgate Gonzalez Market and a 14,576 sf CVS pharmacy. The remaining 20,020 sf consists of two buildings with tenants such as Starbucks, Waba Grill, Panda Express, Yogurtland and Wing Stop. The site has all-new underground utility infrastructure and a state-of-the-art Stormtech storm drain system. The Type V buildings feature a truss roof structure, sand finish stucco, designer awnings and Kawneer storefront windows. To highlight the fa├žade at night, MATT installed diamond transom windows above the storefronts. The decorative concrete sidewalks are a combination of acid-washed and sand finishes framing a plaza area with a raised planter and contemporary sculptures.
