CoreSite SV6 Data Center is a two-story, 137,000 sf cold shell data center built utilizing ConXtech’s modular structural steel system. The exterior façade features approximately 44,000 sf of terra-cotta rain screen system manufactured in Germany. In addition, the facade consists of aluminum composite metal panels, aluminum curtain wall and granite cladding. The site enhancements included extensive landscaping with bioswales, asphalt paving for fire lanes, parking and concrete walkways. As part of the development, new electrical duct banks and vaults were installed offsite for Silicon Valley Power.
