The Studio Plaza renovation project was a comprehensive tenant improvement initiative to modernize and enhance the building’s main and common areas. Interior upgrades included transforming the main lobby corridor and four main lobby restrooms to create a more welcoming and functional entry experience. On the second floor, renovations refreshed the lobby, elevator lobby, and two restrooms, and improved the terrace to create a more inviting outdoor environment. Additionally, elevator lobbies across all parking levels (P1–P5) were updated to improve aesthetics and wayfinding.
Exterior enhancements featured the construction of a new plaza with a fountain and trellis areas, designed to serve as a central gathering space. The project also included new landscaping throughout the property, elevating curb appeal and creating a cohesive, modern outdoor setting. These upgrades were designed to improve the tenant experience, increase the building’s value, and align the property with contemporary design standards.
