A LEED Gold, 15,000 sf visitor center on a 15-acre site in Rancho Mirage, with world-class landscape design. The mid-century modern-style building includes exhibit space for the extensive art collection, multi-media displays, a café and a shop. Photovoltaic power, geothermal heating and cooling systems and nine acres of waterwise gardens highlight Leonore Annenberg’s commitment to environmental sustainability. Architectural concrete was used throughout the Annenberg Retreat at Sunnylands.
