Keith McDonnell serves as Senior Vice President of Operations, bringing more than three decades of comprehensive construction experience across the United States and internationally. His career spans a wide range of project types, including multi-story mixed-use residential developments, commercial and recreational facilities, as well as complex civil engineering projects involving underground infrastructure and marine environments.
Throughout his career, Keith has demonstrated exceptional leadership in both program and project management roles. He is known for his strategic approach to preconstruction planning, his hands-on operational oversight, and his ability to foster high-performing teams. His collaborative style and commitment to excellence have earned him a reputation for building strong client relationships and delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Keith’s global perspective and technical expertise have been instrumental in navigating the challenges of large-scale developments, ensuring seamless execution from concept through completion. His leadership continues to drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value for clients and stakeholders alike.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) with a Final Year Award from the University of Northumbria.
